The first six months of our new employees starts with an advanced
training/trainee program. The purpose of this training program is to gather knowledge gained from five years of
professional experience in six months. The program involves tackling exciting tasks and learning to better assess
complex situations in terms of time. These tasks familiarize you with full-stack developments. The training starts
with simple tasks, such as how a modern development process works, through to CI/CD. Some of the tasks are
structured in such a way that you automatically encounter errors. In addition, there is exciting literature to
read, followed by reviews and demanding certifications to achieve. Your IT-skills are improved in a very
short time and you learn to assess yourself better when tackling challenging tasks.
